Copyright and Licensing Terms

To be accepted and published by Ambarsa: Jurnal Pendidikan Islam, authors submitting manuscripts must successfully complete all stages of the review process. By submitting a manuscript, authors agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Warranty of Originality: Authors guarantee that the article is original and has not been previously published. The manuscript must not contain unlawful statements or infringe upon the rights of others. Authors affirm that the article is their own copyrighted work. If the manuscript includes excerpts or references from other sources, the authors must obtain written permission and ensure that such citations are free from third-party claims.

2. Copyright and Publication Rights: Authors retain copyright over their work and grant Ambarsa: Jurnal Pendidikan Islam the right of first publication. The work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). This license allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and its initial publication in this journal. However, commercial use of the work is strictly prohibited.

3. Secondary Distribution: Authors are permitted to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version. For instance, authors may deposit the article in an institutional repository or publish it in a book, provided that its initial publication in this journal is properly acknowledged.

4. Pre-print and Post-print Policy: Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their personal websites) prior to and during the submission process. All articles in Ambarsa: Jurnal Pendidikan Islam are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. This enables readers to Share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and Adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) under the following conditions:

• Attribution: This license requires re-users and readers to provide appropriate credit to the original author(s). It allows for the distribution, remixing, adaptation, and building upon the material in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes only.

• Permitted Use: The license allows for the unrestricted downloading, reuse, reprinting, modification, distribution, and copying of articles without further permission from the authors or the publisher, provided that the original authors and source are correctly cited.

The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as the user adheres to the license terms.
