This study aims to analyze the management of extracurricular activities in enhancing students' non-academic achievements at SMK Ma'arif Banyumas. The main focus of this research is to understand how the planning, implementation, and evaluation of extracurricular activities contribute to student achievement. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews and observations involving the principal, vice principal for student affairs, and extracurricular activity supervisors. The findings indicate that extracurricular management at SMK Ma'arif Banyumas has been systematically conducted, encompassing well-prepared planning, structured implementation, and evaluation that, although requiring improvement, has had a positive impact on student achievement. Student participation in extracurricular activities tends to increase before competitions but declines during the mid-period. Student motivation to engage in extracurricular activities is influenced by internal factors such as interest and talent, as well as external factors such as awards and environmental support. This study recommends enhancing a more structured evaluation system for extracurricular activities, empowering students in activity planning, and strengthening motivational strategies to ensure more consistent student participation throughout the year. Further studies are suggested to explore the role of parents and digital strategies in increasing student engagement in extracurricular activities.
